Heather Quick, P.A., is the 3rd generation of her family born in Jacksonville, Florida, and the third generation to open a Jacksonville Beach law firm.
After graduating from the Stetson University College of Law in the top 7% of her class, she became a prosecutor in the St. Petersburg area where she handled hundreds of cases involving DUI charges, including jury trials, as well as drug offenses, domestic violence, and traffic violations.
When Heather returned home to Jacksonville Beach, she began practicing criminal defense and family law as an Associate Attorney at Kurt Andrew Simpson, P.A., and then Wicker, Smith, O’Hara, McCoy, Graham, Ford in Jacksonville.
In 2005, she opened her own practice in the areas of family law and criminal defense with a focus on DUI in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. She’s also currently an adjunct professor at the Florida Coastal School of Law and an associate instructor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
